Today, the Las Cruces Home Builders Association hosted the 2023 Build My Future event. More than 800 middle and high school students from LCPS were invited to roll up their sleeves to learn more about careers in the skilled trade industry from the experts in the Las Cruces community.

Next month, Best Buy Drugs/ Rx Innovations will be providing free Flu and COVID immunizations for LCPS staff on November 1 and 2 from 11 am- 6pm. in the Operations Office at the LCPS Administration Building.
The clinic will be open and free for community members on November 2 only, from 11 am- 6pm in the Operations Office at the LCPS Administration Building.


New Mexico State Football has extended an offer for staff and students K-8 to get in free at tomorrow night's game against Sam Houston State. Just bring a photo ID.

Come out and support the Mayfield Trojans as they step out on the field to take on the Santa Teresa Warriors. Kickoff is at 7pm at the Field of Dreams.
Tickets will be sold at the game, $2 students, $5 adults.

The Doña Ana Arts Council congratulates Joseph Flores who will receive the Council’s “Papen Family Award” at the Council’s annual “Community Arts Awards.” The “Papen Family Award” honors an individual who has demonstrated exemplary commitment to the arts through leadership, service, and/or financial support. This award recognizes Joseph Flores’ dedication to and support of our community’s youth as Coordinator for Teaching and Learning, Fine Arts, Las Cruces Public Schools.
The award will be presented at this year’s celebration on Sunday, October 8, from 5 PM to 8 PM, at The Hood, located at 3206 Harrelson Street.

Hi Families! Does your family or other families you know of benefit from resources related to Autism? The Autism Library is open to families. Some of the resources available are books, videos, toys, games, visual timers, a color printer for visual supports, a laminator for visual supports, and Velcro. The Autism Library is available to families by appointment. To schedule an appointment, please call the library at 527-6053. Additionally, parents are encouraged to "Like" the Facebook page called "Las Cruces Autism" and "Las Cruces Autism Education at Home" in order to gain access to the most up-to-date information on training opportunities, community events, and parent-to-parent support.
